Club Shackle is a membership that gives you access to the best hotel deals across the UAE. The deals/packages can include any or all of the following: a percentage off room rate, spa, F&B, free room upgrade, early check-in/late checkout, and curated experiences.

Your annual membership will give you access to 10+ special and/ or limited time deals refreshed seasonally, which include one or more of the below:
15 - 35 % off on best available room rates at our partner hotels.
Package deals including free-of-charge or discounted upgrades.
Packages can include any or all of the following: F&B, spa, activities, early check-in, late check-out, pool access and more.
Who can become a member?
Anyone residing in the GCC is eligible to be a member of Club Shackle. The GCC consists of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar.
What is the membership fee?
The membership fee is AED 500/year.
Where are Club Shackle deals active?
At the moment, Club Shackle’s deals are available in the UAE. All residents of the GCC (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar) are eligible to sign up and access discounts which can be redeemed when they travel to the UAE. All deals and packages are subject to availability at the property of your choice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your initial prepayment for one full year’s service is non-refundable. You can cancel your membership (and next auto-renewal) at any time, before the date of renewal by getting in touch with us at hello@clubshackle.com
How do I get my discount code?
Once you are a member with us, you will periodically receive emails from us regarding new deals and discounts as they become available to use. Simply click through the deal to arrive at the hotel’s website and copy/paste the code on the checkout page to redeem the offer.
What does the discount include?
The discount code can include any or all of the following: a percentage off room rate, spa, F&B, free room upgrade, early check in/late checkout, curated experiences. Each code is typically a combination of the aforementioned and is available at the discretion of the hotel providing it.
How many times can one discount code be used?
Each unique discount code can be used by one Club Shackle member only once.
How many properties can I use my discount on?
There is no limit to how many deals you can take advantage of. You can use your discount on any and all deals actively available on Club Shackle at the time. Some examples of recent partners include Sofitel, Anantara, W Hotels, Jumeirah Group. You can see the list of currently active deals once you sign up!
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please go directly to the hotel’s website and input the discount code shared with you by Club Shackle at checkout to redeem the offer.
Will you manage my booking?
We are not responsible for managing the booking for you. We are a platform that provides you with redeemable discount codes on the hotel’s website. Any questions or issues regarding the redemption of the deal/package must be addressed directly with the hotel.
